Mike Janowski & Jessica Knaak (Ascedia) 

Mike Janowski is responsible for the back-end development of web applications and has a strong background in ASP .NET, Kentico CMS, and Sitecore CMS. At Ascedia, he has worked with clients including Alto-Shaam, Zurn, Sub-Zero and Wolf, and Schilitterbahn Waterpark and Resorts. He is recognized as a Sitecore Certified Developer, Kentico 8 Certified Developer, and a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer. Mike is a graduate of UW-Eau Claire, where he earned a bachelor's in computer science. Jessica is responsible for creatively solving development problems, as well as building custom Kentico sites from the ground up. Over the last five years, she has focused on interactive application development with an emphasis in Microsoft's ASP.NET/C# technology and has developed solutions for key brands, including Rexnord, Carroll University and PBC Linear. Jessica has been a large part of Girls in Tech Milwaukee, helping young female professionals find their passion. She is a graduate of UW-Milwaukee School of Information Studies, where she earned a bachelor's in Information Science and Technology and is now Google Analytics and Kentico 9 certified. 

Daniel Maley (Skyline Technologies) 

Daniel is a dedicated technical lead on the Skyline Web and Content Management System (CMS) team and is well versed in the Microsoft technology stack. During his time with the team Daniel has worked to develop custom functionally and complex integrations within the Kentico CMS platform for many of Skyline’s key clients.Prior to joining the Web and CMS team Daniel was part of the Skyline Client Care team where he helped support existing clients on many different custom software applications including order management, workflow, single sign on, and public facing websites in a variety of industries. He has also served as a member of Skyline’s custom software team where he worked as part of an agile team to enhance an international web solution, used in 30 countries and translated to over 15 languages. 

Rene Guzman (Laughlin Constable) 

René is a Systems and Software Architecture and works as the CMS Practice leader at Laughlin Constable. He has been leading and mentoring the CMS Practice team to consistently deliver high-quality systems for Fortune 500 clients. He is accredited as a Certified Kentico Developer, Certified Sitecore Developer as well as a Microsoft’s MCSE and MCSD, among others. 

Axel Larsen (Skyline Technologies) 

Axel is a talented web and application developer whose strengths in visual and user-experience design give him a unique perspective throughout the development process. Throughout his time at Skyline, Axel has assisted and led clients to create technologies that reflect their company's brand and values and meets consumer expectations. Axel’s hybrid skill set of design and development bridges the gap between the functional world of development and interactive world of design, providing value to the team, product and organization.
